Don't think about rubbish that I will write about the Things that how a mobile phone can kill you if its blast or etc., instead this Post will include the a natural method which takes place in our body which can Introduce us to meet Death by the Use of Mobiles or Laptops at night or by working on it in an Excess way.

If you feel it is Rubbish then you can search it on Google about it and can come back, so Lets Start but let me tell you that it is not a Philosophy, it is real and takes place in our life every single day.

Well most of the time we you are a Teenager or an Adult and have a pressure of work to make Projects or if you are a Teen then you may probably use your Mobile Phone to Play Games and to do Chats with your Friends.

Most of the Time we use our Cell Phone Before we go to Bed and this makes us awake till the Late Night.

Using Cell Phone Before Bed or Using your Laptop Before Bed can introduce you with many diseases like Heart Problems, High Blood Pressure, Brain Diseases, Short Term Memory, Diabetes, Obesity.....etc.

But The Question arises WHY and HOW??

Firstly Let us see WHY??

Well Lets a Daily Life Example-

Suppose:You got a Presentation to Complete by Office or by your Work Place and you have a Dead Line of around 1 Week.

Now What will you Do??...Obviously you will keep on working till late night and will try to complete your Presentation before your Dead Line Ends, Right??

According to Studies 85% of People suffer from this problem and this will effect your Immune System and to your Whole Body functioning.

Working till Late Night is harmful and using your Mobile Phone as well because your Body is Tired but you want to keep going and don't want to Rest at that time.

Why it Happens? Because of the Blue Light Rays which comes from the the Device. Now you may think How? We are not Able to see any Blue Light coming from the screen of our Mobile or of Laptop.

Its Quite True but you may can see White Light coming from your Screen well it the Combination of all many Lights Specially of Blue light which keeps your Brain Active to work till the Late Night.

The White Light is the main cause of your awaken which makes you active and you are not able to Sleep. This gives a signal to your Brain to be active and not to Sleep.

Or if you are a Teen then you may sometimes get into a Chat with your Girl or with Friends or just got an Amazing Game to Play or a Movie to Watch, well all these things can keep you active as your you are Feeling good at the movement and don't want to Sleep or get Distracted.

Now the Question arises HOW?

Well we know that our Body and its Part releases many Enzymes, Hormones and Fluids for different Purposes and Functions to make a Shield to Protect us from different Diseases, but what if they start releasing in a Higher Ratio, everything taken in an excess volume can cause a Bad Effect that's what happen to us.

Melatonin is used for different kinds of medicines which gives you energy and activeness to your body and is sometimes added to the Body Building Supplements as well.

If you take a higher Melatonin dosage then it may can reverse back to your body and can cause you major Problems in your Body.

If you feel that you are not able to sleep even when your Phone or Laptop is not with you then Start Reading a Book, whichever you want because it sends a positive message to your Brain that now it is Late and you have to Sleep at Night.

It makes your Brain tired and you get a good Sleep at night.

2nd Solution is to install and Application your Mobile Phone called Twilight.
